Join Fios at the Festival of Genomics

2020 will mark our first year exhibiting at the Festival of Genomics in London. Over two days, January 29^th-30^th, we will have dedicated space to meet our clients and contacts to discuss about their bioinformatics requirements.

Our team’s attendance in previous years has shown us how busy and varied the streams and talks are at the Festival of Genomics. In particular for 2020, we are looking forward to the different stages and presentations; open-access resources, complex and rare diseases, and machine learning & AI are all topics of interest we will be looking out for.

This year’s festival has 11 themes and brand new “Down The Rabbit Hole” sessions which should broaden our views on genomics! There will also be Talkaoke sessions, where anyone can sit down and talk on any topic around a table.

We are now getting ready for our team to exhibit and organising face-to-face meetings with many of the attendees of the Festival.

Festival of Genomics 2019

Looking back at the Festival of Genomics 2019 last year, there were over 80 speakers and 2,000 attendees. Members of both our Operations and Business Development teams attended, encouraging professional development and sparking interests in the various presentations on offer.

Future Events

If you are unable to attend the Festival of Genomics, we are attending the Biomarkers Congress in Manchester on February 18^th-20^th. Our Technical Director, Dr Max Bylesjo, is speaking on Wednesday, 19^th February at 14.10-14.50.
